Had lunch here while down at the beach. Lovely setting overlooking the sea with a proper beach vibe. Plenty of staff. We weren't hurried. Fresh food cooked very well. Best Greek salad...which was large. We had sardines and chicken off the barbecue which was delicious 😋. Their own lemonade was spectacular. Definitely recommend 👌

Absolutely fantastic experience. The food is incredibly fresh, grilled on natural charcoal just outside, which gives it an authentic and rich flavor. Both the fish and the meat are simply outstanding. The staff are not only welcoming but also genuinely beautiful people, adding to the warm atmosphere. This is such a beautiful little restaurant. Incredible food and a great location. Please be patient with the staff, it’s very busy sometimes so service can be slow but also always with a smile. Don’t go if you’re impatient, relax and enjoy the views. The food we ate was fresh and homemade. The small homemade bread rolls are just delicious. We enjoyed fresh fish, sardines, beef cooked in the oven, chicken on the bbq, stuffed tomatoes & peppers and the homemade zucchini cakes are just to die for. We come here since 5 years , a lot of local people come here and they consider it as one of best restaurants in town. All products are local and cooked in oven same day.
All done by Yianna the owner with her local recipes. It’s a family resturant with her daughter and relatives working here . You should be patient coming here and if you are in hurry ask the waiter what already in the oven so you don’t wait too long . As they prepare everything as per order so it takes sometimes long time if what you ordered is not in the oven already 😅 it’s a concept but once you know it you get more relaxed . The size of the dishes are big and not expensive at all comparing to other restaurants in town. I honestly don’t understand the other comments people comparing Zakynthos with Mykonos prices or kefalonia as I have been in these other islands and the prices there are much higher and much smaller portions than the prices and portion at this restaurant !- Είδος γεύματος

The view is stunning, the restaurant is as authentic as they get, food is glorious. Be sure to book a table before taking a swim for certainty, and then enjoy an amazing lunch.

Great location near the beach. The food was amazing. I tried grilled calamari and was really tasteful. The saganaki cheese and feta cheese with honey were amazing, as well as the greek salad. Would have been nice if they would have let us use the sunbeds after we had lunch.

We have been in Zakynthos for a week visiting family, and came here 3 times, this evening for my mother’s birthday. Could not love this gorgeous little beach side restaurant more. Traditional delicious Greek food, wonderful service, and a world class setting. Our favourites were the lamb chops, meatballs, courgette balls, grilled chicken, sardines and ALL of the desserts!! Not to be missed.

At Nikos beach bar restaurant, the view is as incredible as the food! Imagine watching the sunset over the sea while enjoying a fantastic meal. The menu features fresh, tasty dishes, and the staff is friendly, helpful and just amazing people. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy great food with an amazing view. Highly recommend!

Ideal place in Zakynthos. Private beach with sunbeds. Joanna the owner, cooks herself very tasty food. Local dishes with fresh ingredients. Ideal for families. First of all, reserve a table because it’s very difficult to find one. Joanna thanks a lot for your hospitality.

We ate lunch twice during our visit to Zakynthos and enjoyed the food very much both times. They had the nicest fresh bread rolls and all the usual Greek classics. It feels like a family affair, so not the most professional, but good food shared with heart and a wonderful view from the terrace. Recommended.

Amazing little restaurant and beach! The food was marvelous and the service too. The saganaki cheese together with their own tsatsiki were exactly what you think of when thinking of Greece. We also took the grilled prawns which were super fresh and probably the best I’ve eaten. And all this to a price that we were surprised of when we got the check - it was half the price that i would think it should’ve cost!

Best home cooked Greek food. The grill master is amazing. You won't regret coming here. Everything is amazing and portions are normal. The fish was perfect. Good beach view and chill vibe. It's like having your own Greek grandmother cook for you.
A little hideaway which is well worth a visit. It is right at the seafront. It became quickly our favourite taverna. The food comes freshly prepared, the dishes were all yummy and the view is priceless. The service is great because Dimitri is just such a charming and attentive young man. The rates are fair. The kind of place we were dreaming of when planning our honeymoon.

We have had breakfast , lunch and dinner here on several occasions. The family are so friendly and helpful. The setting is idyllic and beats all the other eateries on the island. The food OMG where to begin! There is a wood fired outside oven and BBQ . The oven is used to bake moussaka, lamb/beef/chicken in the oven etc. the BBQ for sublime fish and meats , grilled halloumi and pittas.. Honestly everything we tried was the best. The homemade lemonade fresh and so light was delicious. Highlights which are hard to pick as every morsel was delicious. The meatballs in sauce where so light . The feta in filo with honey is so flavoursome. The lamb and chicken in the oven had so much flavour I can’t even begin. The lamb chops on the grill delicious served with homemade chips .The seafood all perfection especially the fried calamari the best I’ve ever eaten anywhere in the world! Yes on busy nights the tiny kitchen can be a little over run but the wait between courses and plates is always a blessing to digest the hats already been consumed. Everything about this place is enchanting. The final blessing is the underpriced value of our meals. So reasonable for the fresh quality food. I highly and whole heartedly recommend this restaurant.
